Return & Refund Policy

The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in good condition. The packaging should also be in the original condition in the original shipping container as received. If the goods/products have been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. The Chos will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, the customer will receive their refund within seven days after the confirmation.

  • Invoice number/Order ID
  • Reason for return

Cho & Cho Enterprise reserves the right to reject any returns at our sole discretion shall we find any goods returned in a damaged and used condition.

 

In the event of the products are out of stock and the order has been made through The Chos. We will contact you at the earliest time with following options:

  • Exchange of other products with the same monetary value
  • Pre-order of the products
  • Full refund
